Looking out through the front loophole, the dragon's teeth across the water are ominously close.

Further south is the next Fordgate pillbox, a Type 24. The box is overgrown apart from the corner to the right of the photograph.  In the distance you can see the previous box along with, just to the left of it, a row of white dots - these are the dragon's teeth on the west bank.
